Olympus PhotoArtPath Zingst

In cooperation with the agency VITAMIN E from Hamburg meng realized 16 outdoor steles for the Baltic Sea spa Zingst.

VITAMIN E developed a concept to further strengthen the German holiday destination as a location for people interested in photography. For almost a decade, the Baltic Sea spa has focused intensively on photography, building a bridge between unspoiled nature and photography. Around 40 exhibitions take place on the peninsula every year. The highlight is the environmental photo festival "horizonte zingst", with more than 40,000 visitors, in which Olympus has been an active partner for years.zingst then becomes a meeting place for photo experts and photo enthusiasts for ten days. Visitors will be offered photography courses, exhibitions, markets and activities. The love for nature and the careful treatment of nature are the guiding ideas that permeate the entire, wide-ranging programme.through the connection via the client Olympus, the Hamburg agency VITAMIN E developed a long-term concept of ideas that will make Zingst even more attractive as a location for photography. At the end of May 2016, the first two projects of the "horizonte zingst" were opened with the "Olympus PhotoArtPath Zingst" and with "Mein Bild für Zingst": "With the 'Olympus PhotoArtPath Zingst' we have developed a photography experience that combines art, photography and nature in a very special way," says Holk Engelbrecht, Managing Director of VITAMIN E. "Visitors can borrow a camera free of charge at several rental stations and discover photographic motifs created in collaboration with international artists throughout the village. The guests can take home the memories of their holiday experience on the SD card."
